"After 19-months of being glued to my desk studying, submitting over 100-tests, and 2-grueling Calif. State Exams, I'm now a Calif. Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. I'm honored and humbled to now share the rewarding experience of improving the quality of life with individuals who live in a silent world"

GLO Preemies and hospitals will work together to identify potential high risk pregnant patients and NICU families and invite those families to an intake appointment. After joining the 3 step program, pregnant families and current NICU families will receive a custom care box quarterly until the NICU child turns 1 year old.
GLO Preemies is shaking the NICU world with their powerful 3 step program. The 3 step program was created by Author and Preemie Parent Advocate Ashley Randolph, from Sacramento, CA who is a Black mother of 3 children born premature. She has created a program that will stay with Black NICU families until the child turns 18 years old. Her program is nationwide and is attracting attention from Healthcare professionals and Black NICU families who thought they had no option for support. GLO Preemies is on track to have 1-million Black families in the program by the end of 2021.
The 3 step program was created to provide support and resources for families with a child in the NICU. GLO Preemies will provide care and services to the entire family until the child turns 18 years old. The program is in collaboration with 30 African American led organizations, healthcare professionals, and nationwide family centered programs dedicated to the education and empowerment of families facing a potential hospitalization of their baby in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unite (NICU). Congratulations Mrs. California VW for making a difference in the lives of so many.
A special thanks to Kayla Schmidig-Miss America's VW, Amber Schmidig-Ms. America's Elite VW, and Lolita Vasquez-Ms. America's VW, for your community service! Great job!
