Parlisha is a 5-time pageant winner who loves making a difference in the lives of girls and women through pageantry and the arts.  She is a wife and mother who returned to college in her 50's, and graduated with her B.A. Degree in Theatre from the University of the Pacific in 2014.  She opened America's Virtuous Woman's Pageant in 2019, to encourage girls and women to know their value from the inside out.  Beauty comes from within, thus the Virtuous Woman's Pageant entails interview, fashion wear, evening gown...NO swim-suit.  We desire to work with girls and ladies who have a heart of serving others.  Parlisha's School of the Arts is open to train each girl and lady in modeling, interviewing skills, and talent, which is optional.  Parlisha opened her school of the Arts in Houston, TX in 1997.  Her school of the arts offers pageant training, acting, praise dance, Gospel tap dance, voice, and theatre arts.  Parlisha's relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is the foundation upon which America's Virtuous Woman's Pageant was founded.  All ladies and girls are celebrated and crowned at the end of every pageant!
