PSOTA (Parlisha's School of the Arts) also serves others through community service, the Arts, and Pageantry. She holds a B.A. degree in Theatre from the University of the Pacific, and an A.A. from San Joaquin Delta College. Parlisha is a 5-time pageant winner; and founded America's Virtuous Woman's Pageant in 2019.
